This is called the Royal Robe of Salutation. My mother made it for me. I wear it sometimes for private devotional practices. I also offer it to my guests as I wash their feet. The idea is that it represents the red cloak of the second coming of Christ. In showing hospitality or Jah'spitality as I like to call it. I receive guests like I would Christ, I remind people of their own inner noble nature. I also wear it sometimes during public gatherings and processions. I have washed many feet of all varieties of bodies while both friends and enemies have worn this cloak.
